Title: Water Quality Standards for the State of Florida's Streams and Downstream Protection of Lakes: Remanded Provisions 
Abstract:

A ruling by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida granting the EPA's motion to modify the consent decree relieved the EPA of its obligations under the decree to finalize this rule. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the district court's modification of consent decree. As a result, the EPA no longer intends to finalize this November 30, 2012, rule.
