Title: Emissions Guidelines and Compliance Times for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills 
Abstract: The EPA is not statutorily obligated to conduct a review of the Emission Guidelines, but has the discretion to do so when circumstances indicate that it is appropriate. The EPA has determined that it is appropriate to review the Emission Guidelines and Compliance times for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills (40 CFR part 60, subpart Cc) , which were last promulgated in 1996. The final action will also address other regulatory issues and clarifications regarding landfill gas treatment systems; startup, shutdown, and malfunction; and other topics. The proposal was signed 8/14/15.
