Title: Standards Governing Harassment Under the Fair Housing Act (FR-5248) 
Abstract:

The proposed rule would amend HUD's Fair Housing Regulations to establish standards that the Department will use in harassment cases under the Fair Housing Act. The Department seeks to provide clear guidance for the benefit of housing consumers and providers, as well as legal practitioners for evaluating sexual harassment claims under the Fair Housing Act.
