Abstract:
The Dodd-Frank Act transferred rulemaking and other authority under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act to the Bureau. The Bureau is considering issuing a procedural rule to authorize, subject to certain requirements, electronic filing for submissions under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act and to adjust the address to be used for non-electronic submissions. |
