Abstract:

This rulemaking would update current orbital debris mitigation regulations to more closely align them with the U.S. Government Orbital Debris Mitigation Standard Practices and to update the current launch collision avoidance regulations to match U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) practice.
