Title: Corrections to Representation of Others Before the USPTO 
Abstract:

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) periodically reviews its regulations to ensure that they are current, correct, and consistent. This document amends part 11 (Representation of others before the USPTO) of title 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations to correct any discrepancies. These changes reflect an ongoing effort to provide clear rules for those who practice before the USPTO.
