Title: ●Temporary Exports to Mexico Under License Exception TMP | |
Abstract:
This proposed rule seeks to align the time limit in license exception Temporary Imports, Exports, Reexports, and Transfers (in-country) (TMP) in the Export Administration Regulation with the time limit in Mexico's IMMEX program. Exporters participating in IMMEX and shipping under license exception TMP may maintain the items in Mexico for longer than the usual one year time limit imposed by TMP. |
