Abstract:
The Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is proposing to clarify the license requirements for certain activities of U.S. persons in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). BIS proposes to clarify that these license requirements apply to exports, reexport and transfers (in-country) of any item, including items not subject to the EAR, by U.S. persons. |
