Abstract:

The Department of the Army is publishing this rule to revise its regulation concerning military police investigations and to add sections concerning law enforcement operations. The regulation prescribes policies and procedures concerning police operations and offenses investigated by Military Police and Department of the Army Civilian Police and Detectives.
