Title: ●Display of Hotline Posters (DFARS Case 2016-D018) | |
Abstract:
DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to consolidate the multiple hotline posters into one poster that delineates multiple reportable offenses and to remove the United States only restriction. Currently, the DFARS requires contractors to display a DoD fraud hotline poster, combating trafficking in persons, and whistleblower protection hotline posters. The DoD Office of Inspector General has consolidated multiple hotline posters into one, which delineates multiple reportable offenses. DoD does not expect this rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small businesses. |
