Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to provide guidance on the requirements for Level I antiterrorism awareness training for contractor personnel to complete Level I DoD antiterrorism awareness training if they have routine physical access to a Federally-controlled facility or military installation. DoD does not expect this proposed rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
