Title: ●Competition for Religious Services Contracts (DFARS Case 2016-D015) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a section 898 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Pub. L. 114-92), which provides that DoD may not preclude a nonprofit organization from competing for a contract for religious related services on a United States military installation. DoD does not expect this rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
