Title: ●Earned Value Management Applicability (DFARS Case 2015-D038) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to clarify DoD's policy for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) application on DoD contracts, beyond the basic triggers of contract types and dollar values. DoD does not expect this proposed rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
