Abstract:

This Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) is the fifth of a sequence of six NPRMs that propose updates to the DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARs). In this NPRM, DoD is proposing definitions of terms that are common to most portions of those regulations, as well as a central location for the definitions.
