Abstract: This rule sets forth procedures for National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) personnel to follow if they are subpoenaed. It establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes mandatory procedures governing the release of official information by NRO personnel in legal proceedings, through testimony, production of documents, or otherwise.
