Title: Amendments to Regulations Regarding Withdrawals of Applications and Voluntary Suspension of Benefits (3573F)

Discretionary.

Alternatives:

Based on our current evidence, there are no alternatives at this time.

Anticipated Costs and Benefits:

The administrative effect of this final rule is negligible.
