Title: Performance Standards for Runaway and Homeless Youth Grantees 
Abstract:

This rule will implement section VIII of the Reconnecting Homeless Youth Act of 2008, requiring HHS to issue rules that specify performance standards for public and nonprofit private entities that receive grants under the Runaway and Homeless Youth Program.
