Title: Developer Requirements
Abstract: BOEM is proposing changes to the requirements associated with the development, review, and implementation of plans (GAP, SAP, COP) pursuant to a renewable energy lease or grant. The proposed changes would make refinemenets to certain requirements in BOEM's renewable energy regulatory framework and facilitate safe and environmentally responsible development of OCS renewable energy resources. The proposed changes may provide a lessee or grantee with more flexibility in certain plan requirements and therefore, promote a more efficient renewable energy authorization process.
