Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Designation of Critical Habitat for the Slickspot Peppergrass
Abstract: We will publish a revised proposed rule to designate critical habitat for the slickspot peppergrass under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The slickspot peppergrass is a tap-rooted, intricately branched plant of the sagebrush-steppe ecosystem of southwestern Idaho. We developed a listing determination as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA27).
