Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Kentucky Arrow Darter 
Abstract:

We will make a final determination on our proposal to list the Kentucky arrow darter under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This species is found in pools and riffles in the Cumberland River Basin of Kentucky. A critical habitat determination is addressed as a separate action (RIN 1018-BB05).
