Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Western U.S. Distinct Population Segment of the Yellow-Billed Cuckoo 
Abstract:

We will make a final determination to designate critical habitat for the western distinct population segment (DPS) of the yellow-billed cuckoo. The species is found in deciduous woodlands and its western DPS range includes the area of parts of nine States west of the crest of the Rocky Mountains. The yellow-billed cuckoo is listed as a threatened species.
