Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Borax Lake Chub From Endangered to Threatened 
Abstract:

We will propose to reclassify the Borax Lake chub from endangered to threatened under the Endangered Species Act. While the primary threats to the species have been ameliorated, ongoing threats from geothermal development remain.
