Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Elfin-Woods Warbler 
Abstract:

We will make a final determination to designate critical habitat for the elfin-woods warbler under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This species is found in montane and moist forests in Puerto Rico and is listed as a threatened species with an ESA section 4(d) rule.
