Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Rusty Patched Bumble Bee
Abstract:

We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the rusty patched bumble bee under the Endangered Species Act. This species is found in woodlands, grasslands, and, recently, residential gardens in Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. We are developing a listing determination as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BB66).
