Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Yellow Lance and Atlantic Pigtoe
Abstract:

We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the yellow lance and Atlantic pigtoe under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The yellow lance, a plant species, is found in North Carolina and Virginia. The Atlantic pigtoe, a mussel species, is found in North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, and Virginia. This plant species is found in North Carolina and Virginia. We are developing a listing determination as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BB45).
