Title: Indian Trader Regulations 
Abstract:

This rule would update regulations that were promulgated in 1957, and have not been updated since, to replace the outdated and currently unused system for licensing Indian traders.  The new regulations will implement the statutory authority in a manner better suited to modern-day needs in Indian country and add provisions regarding the applicability of laws and taxation that appear in the updated leasing and rights-of-way regulations.
