Title: Revision to Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension Regulations | |
Abstract:
The revisions to the Department of the Interior's nonprocurement debarment and suspension regulation at 2 CFR part 1400 implements the Office of Management and Budget's guidelines to agencies on government-wide suspension and debarment (nonprocurement) at 2 CFR part 180. The revision also makes technical changes to DOI's nonprocurement debarment and suspension process and procedures to be consistent with recent procedural revisions adopted in the DOI procurement debarment and suspension rule at 48 CFR part 1409. These revisions supplement the Federal Acquisition Regulation debarment rule at 48 CFR subpart 9.4. |
