Abstract:
This rule establishes the minimum qualifications for individuals to prepare appraisals and valuations of Indian trust property and allows an appraisal or valuation by a qualified person to be considered final without being reviewed or approved by Interior. This rule is necessary to implement provisions of the Indian Trust Asset Form Act, which Congress passed last month. |
