FHFA RIN: 2590-AA78 Publication ID: Fall 2016
Title: Minority and Women Inclusion Amendments for Regulated Entities and the Office of Finance
Abstract:

The rule will require Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the Federal Home Loan Bank (collectively, the regulated entities) and the Office of Finance (OF) to develop and implement strategic plans to promote diversity and ensure the inclusion of minorities, women, and individuals with disabilities in all activities and at every level of their respective organizations. The rule also would clarify the scope of the statutory and regulatory requirements for promoting diversity and inclusion and improve the usefulness and comparability of the annual reports the regulated entities and the OF submit to FHFA describing actions they have taken to address these requirements.
