Title: ●Loan Guaranty: Homeless Shelter Program (HSP) 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks input from the public on how best to establish a comprehensive regulatory framework for the Homeless Shelter Program (HSP), providing for standards for organizations that would like to become approved HSP participants, as well as for property use requirements for organizations that participate in the HSP.  The ANPRM also seeks recommendations for post-sale oversight requirements.
