Abstract:
GSA is amending the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) to clarify that a full or partial waiver of conference registration fees from a non-Federal conference organizer is not considered a gift to the agency when employees speak at a meeting or conference in their official capacities, and to make miscellaneous related corrections.
