Abstract:

GSA is proposing to amend the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) to update the part of the FMR that addresses the location of space by Federal agencies. The revisions are necessary to update definitions and references, and to add new environmental and socioeconomic considerations pursuant to the Executive Order (EO), Planning for Federal Sustainability in the Next Decade,” dated March 19, 2015.
