Title: Community Development Revolving Loan Fund 
Abstract:

NCUA proposed several clarifying amendments to its regulation governing the use and distribution of funds from the Community Development Revolving Loan Fund.  These changes more accurately reflect NCUA's practices with respect to loans and grants made under this rule and make this rule easier to use.  NCUA is working toward finalizing the proposal.
