Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will amend the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) regulations at 5 CFR part 890 to include enrollments for eligible employees of Tribes and Tribal organizations under the provisions of the Affordable Care Act of 2010.
