Title: Federal Employees Health Benefits Program Coverage for Certain Intermittent Employees  
Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will issue a final rule to address comments on the interim final rule to amend the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB) regulations to make certain employees who work on intermittent schedules eligible to be enrolled in a health benefits plan under the FEHB and finalize the amendments to part 890.
