Title: Federal Employees' Health Benefits Acquisition Regulations: Self Plus One  
Abstract:

The U. S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing a regulation to amend 48 CFR 1603 of title 5 Code of Federal Regulations.  OPM is issuing this rule to amend the contract instructions of the Federal Employees Health Benefits Acquisition Regulations (FEHBAR)  to add an additional enrollment type called "self plus one” for premium rating, family member eligibility and marketing purposes. This regulation will bring the FEHBAR into compliance with recent regulatory changes made to title 5 CFR part 890.
