Abstract: The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia (CSOSA) is amending its regulations concerning Privacy Act exemptions claimed for the District of Columbia Pretrial Services Agency (PSA), an independent Federal entity within CSOSA. This amendment is necessary to remove outdated systems of records and add others for which exemptions are claimed. The exemptions and their justifications do not differ from the current published exemptions. | |
