Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2015-021; Determination of Fair and Reasonable Prices on Orders Under Multiple Award Contracts 
Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify the responsibilities for ordering activity contracting officers to determine fair and reasonable prices when using Federal Supply Schedules. This case codifies the class deviations issued by both NASA and DoD.  This case is included in the FAR retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.  Additional information is located in the FAR final plan (2016), available at: https://www.acquisition.gov/.
