Abstract:

This regulation implemented the final guidance Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards published by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on December 26, 2013. This Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) rule updated references to the OMB final guidance throughout the FNS rules.
