Abstract:
On October 5, 2016, we published a final rule to list the Kentucky arrow darter as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. This species is found in pools and riffles in the Cumberland River Basin of Kentucky. A critical habitat determination is addressed as a separate action (RIN 1018-BB05). |
