Title: Rules of Practice in Explosives License and Permit Proceedings | |
Abstract:
The Department of Justice is planning to propose amendments to the regulations of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives governing the procedure and practice for disapproval of applications for explosive licenses or permits and for the denial of renewal or revocation of such licenses or permits under Federal explosives law. The proposed regulations would be codified in a new part 771, "Rules of Practice in License and Permit Proceedings." This rulemaking proceeding is included in the Department of Justice's retrospective review plan developed pursuant to Executive Order 13563, "Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review." |
