Abstract:

The Department is revising title 29, Code of Federal Regulations, part 29, Apprenticeship Programs, Labor Standards for Registration, Amendment of Regulations, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to include the following per the President’s Executive Order 13801, section 4: To streamline the Apprenticeship Standards to expedite the registrations approval process, and to establish industry recognized third parties to provide high-quality industry recognized apprenticeship programs and other updates and conforming changes as appropriate.
