Title: Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965--Accountability and State Plans 
Abstract:

The Department amended regulations implementing programs under title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA) to implement changes to the ESEA by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) on November 29, 2016.  This action was disapproved under the Congressional Review Act in H.J.Res. 57, which was signed by the President on March 27, 2017.
