Title: ●Worker Safety and Health Program | |
Abstract:
On February 9, 2006 (71 FR 6858), when DOE promulgated 10 CFR part 851, Worker Safety and Health Program, it adopted several industry standards to establish the baseline technical safety and health requirements for DOE workplace operations. DOE is amending the regulation to update the industry safety and health standards and to delete obsolete directives currently incorporated by reference in the Code of Federal Regulations. The regulatory amendments do not alter substantive rights or obligations under current law. |
