Title: ●Response to the 11/28/16 Section 126 Petition From Delaware 
Abstract:

This rulemaking will respond to a petition submitted by the State of Delaware under section 126 of the Clean Air Act. The petition requests that the EPA make a finding that Conemaugh Generating Station, located in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, emits air pollutant emissions in violation of the CAA.
