Abstract:

On April 4, 2017, the EPA announced it is reviewing the Standards of Performance for Greenhouse Gas Emissions From New, Modified, and Reconstructed Stationary Sources: Electric Generating Units, found at 40 CFR part 60, subpart TTTT. This action proposes to withdraw these standards on grounds that they exceed the statutory authority provided under section 111 of the Clean Air Act.
