Title: Presidential Records 
Abstract:

NARA proposes to revise this regulation to reflect changes instituted by Public Law 113-187, The Presidential and Federal Records Acts Amendments of 2014. The proposed changes include the addition of language that clarifies the status of electronic records created by the President, and clarifies an incumbent President or former President’s ability to raise a claim of constitutionally based privilege against disclosure of a Presidential record.
