Title: Agency for International Development Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) Appendix D: Revisions to Leave and Holidays for U.S. Personal Services Contractors, Including Family and Medical Leave
Abstract:

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) proposes to revise and amend appendix D of its Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) regarding the General Provision contract clause entitled, "Leave and Holidays (APR 1997)" for U.S. Personal Services Contracts with Individuals (USPSCs).  To update this contract clause, this rule includes revisions from Agency approved deviations in 2006 and 2016 that broadened prior service rules for purposes of annual leave accruals, clarified the application of sick leave, added home leave for qualifying posts, and authorized family and medical leave for eligible USPSCs in the U.S. and abroad.
