Title: ●Common Crop Insurance Regulations; Cultivated Clams Crop Provisions | |
Abstract:
The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation plans to publish a final rule with request for comments to add a new policy to its regulations that provides insurance for cultivated clams. The provisions will be used in conjunction with the Common Crop Insurance Policy basic provisions, which contain standard terms and conditions common to most crop programs. The intended effect of this action is to convert the cultivated clam pilot crop insurance program to a regulatory insurance program. |
