Title: Privacy Act Regulations 
Abstract:

The Department of Agriculture is proposing to amend its regulations to exempt certain records in the Veterinary Services-Animal Welfare, USDA/APHIS-8, renamed as Animal Welfare Act and Horse Protection Act, USDA/APHIS-8, from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act because of civil and administrative law enforcement functions and responsibilities.
